Where can I buy pies?

Our shop is located at 11612 Boiling Brook Pl., Rockville, MD 20852 and we’re open Thursday - Saturday, from 11 - 3pm (or until we sell-out of the day’s pies).

In addition to our pop-ups, we bake for corporate clients, weddings, and other catered events.

How long have you been in business?

We originally got started in the winter of 2021, baking pies for friends and family during the holidays. By Mother’s Day 2022, we were licensed and insured and selling pies at pop-ups at Rocklands Farm Winery.

What ingredients do you use?

Whenever possible, we use organic and locally-sourced ingredients to make our pies. Our crusts are made with butter, no lard or shortening. As a start-up company we’re mindful of cost but we never sacrifice quality.

Do you make gluten-free pies?

Yes, we can make gluten-free pies as special orders. Please note that we do our best to minimize any potential cross-contamination, but we bake in a shared commercial kitchen where flour is used on a regular basis.

What flavors do you offer? Do you make savory pies?

Right now we are only baking dessert pies and we rotate the flavors according to product availability and what’s in season.

Different pricing applies to some pies that require more labor, design, or artisanal ingredients.

What are your prices?

Our current pricing, not including 6% Maryland sales tax, is as follows:

9 inch pies — $36/$42 (Premium pies)**

6 inch pies — $18/$20 (Premium pies)*

3 inch mini pies — $8*

Hand pies/Empanadas — $4 - $8*

Minimums apply to online orders.
**Added charges for special designs, gluten-free, and/or rush orders.
